(Instructions to change time & date)

Select which telephone system you have:

  1. DK14 DK16e / DK40i DK280 / DK424 Systems

DK14 DK16e / DK40i DK280 / DK424 SYSTEMS

Time, Date, & Day of Week

You MUST be at  Port 000 Usually the receptionist phone –  (Statlon 200) to perform these programs.  To  verify this, press the “intercom” button and then dial #402.  The left side of your LCD Display should read “PHY=000”.  Press the (Speaker) button to end this program before you continue.

TIME

1.   Keep handset on hook (hung up) like when the phone is not in use.

2.   Press the Intercom button (usually labeled “INT, or “ICM”) or your DN (main directory number) and then dial “#652”.

3.   Enter time in the 24 hour clock (military time) format using the HHMMSS (hour/minute/second) entry. Be sure to enter a leading zero for any single digit.

Example:     083000 = 8:30AM

203000 = 8:30PM

4,   Press the [ RDL ] (Redial) button and you will hear a confirmation tone.

5.   Press the ( SPKR ) (Speaker) button to end this program.

DATE

1.   Keep handset on hook (hung up) like when the phone is not in use.

2.   Press the Intercom button (usually labeled “‘INT” or “ICM”) or your DN (main directory number) and then dial “#651 “.

3.   Enter the date according to YYMMDD (Year/Month/Day) format.

Be sure to enter a leading zero for any single digit.

*** Example: 990101 = January 1, 1999

4.    Press the RDL (Redial) button and you will hear a confirmation tone.

5.   Press the [SPKR ] (Speaker) button to end this program.

DAY

1 .  Keep handset on hook (hung up) like when the phone is not in use.

2.   Press the Intercom button (usually labeled “INT” or “ICM”) or your (DN] (main directory number) and then dial “#653”.

3.  Enter the day code (I =Sun, 2=Mon, 3=Tue, 4=Wed, 5=Thur, 6‑‑Fri, 7=Sat).

4.   Press the [ RDL] (Redial) button and you will hear a confirmation tone.

5.   Press the [ SPKR ](Speaker) button to end this program.


DK8 / DK16 / DK24 / DK56 / DK96 SYSTEMS

Strata Se, VIe, Xlle, XXe – Release1 & 2 Systems

Time, Date, & Day of Week

You must be at extension at port=00 ( usually the receptionist telephone – station 10 to perform these programs.  Call intercom 10 and the telephone that rings is extension 10.

TIME

I.    Keep handset on hook (hung up) like when the phone is not in use.

2.   Press the [#]  button, then the [*] button or the  RDL (Redial)    button, then the [ REP ) (Repeat) button & dial “52”.

3.   Enter time in the 24 hour clock (military time) format using the HHMMSS (hour/minute/second) entry. Be sure to enter a leading zero for any single digit.

Example:     083000 8:30AM

203000 8:30PM

4.    Press the  #  button or the  [ RDL ] (Redial) button to end this program.

DATE

I.   Keep handset on hook (hung up) like when the phone Is not In use.

2.   Press the [#] button, then the [*] button or the [ RDL ] (Redial) button, then the ( REP ] (Repeat) button & dial “51”

3.   Enter the data according to YYMMIDID (Year/Month/Day) format.

Be sure to enter a leading “0” for any single digit.

DAY

1.   Keep handset on hook (hung up) like when the phone is not in use.

3,  Enter the day code (I =Sun, 2=Mon, 3=Tue, 4=Wed, 5=Thur, 6=Fri, 7=Sat).

4,   Press the # button or the RIDL (Redial) button to end this program.


Strata S, VI,  XII, XX systems

Time, Date, & Day of Week

You must be at extension at port=00 ( usually the receptionist telephone ) – station 10 to perform these programs.  Call intercom 10 and the telephone that rings is extension 10.

TIME

I.    Take handset off hook without pressing any buttons at first.

2.   Press the [ # ] button, then the [*] button or the RDL  (Redial) button, then the REP (Repeat) button & dial “52”.

3.   Enter time in the 24 hour clock (military time) format using HHMMSS (hour/minute/second) entry. Be sure to enter a leading zero for any single digit.

Example,     083000 8:30AM

203000 8:30PM

4.   Press the [ # ] button or the [ RDL]I (Redial) button to end this program.

DATE

Perception I, II, e, ex, exp systems

Time, Date, & Day of Week

You MUST have the “DATT-102” attendant console to perform the following instructions.  If you do not have the EXACT console model number, you must then call us to make the adjustments for you.

DATE

1.   Press the [ DIS TOD I (Display Time Of Day) button.

2.   The date will be displayed as follows:

3.   To change the date, enter the seven‑digit date (via the dial pad) In the following format:

MMDDYYD Be sure to enter a leading zero for any single digit. The last “D” at the end of the above formula stands for the day of the week 1=Sun, 2=Mon, 3=Tue, 4=Wed, 5=Thur, 6=Frl, and 7=Sat). *** Example: 0101996 =Friday January 1, 1999

4.   After you have verified that the date is correct, the next step is to check the time of day,

TIME

1.  To set the time, press the [ DIS TOD ] button a second time.

2.   The time will be displayed as follows:

3.   To set the time, enter the six‑digit time (via the dial pad) in the following format:

HHMMSS Be sure to enter a leading zero for any single digit. This clock runs on a 24 hour (military time) format. Example: 093000 = 9:30AM 213000 = 9:30PM To set the date and time, simply press the [ DIS TOD ] button a third time. This will save your data and clear the display.

NOTE: If an [ LPK ] (Loop Key) button is pressed at any time during this operation, it will automatically clear the display. You may want to go back into 1hese instructions to verify your date and time are correct.
